South African software company Adapt IT Holdings has announced key leadership changes to strengthen its global expansion and acquisition strategy. Since joining Volaris Group in 2022, Adapt IT has grown significantly and is now part of Omegro, a global portfolio under Volaris.
Key Leadership Changes:
• Tiffany Dunsdon appointed Acquiring Group Leader for Middle East and Africa (MEA).
• Tony Vicente, previously COO, now CEO of Adapt IT.
• Nombali Mbambo, previously CFO, now Group Finance Director for MEA.
These changes are aimed at enhancing Adapt IT’s R&D, customer collaboration, and acquisition strategy to align with Omegro’s successful global structure.
