Bumpa Acquires PaperCloud: A Complete Business Management Platform for Entrepreneurs, Creators and Freelancers

Bumpa, a leading business management platform for Nigerian entrepreneurs, has acquired PaperCloud, an all-in-one business management tool designed for creators, freelancers, and business owners. Following the acquisition, PaperCloud rebranded as Paperless in December 2024, offering a more streamlined solution to help businesses manage invoices, customer data, expenses, and inventory more efficiently. The platform allows users to create professional invoices, organise client information, and track financial performance from any device, even when offline.

Bumpa’s CEO, Kelvin Umechukwu, highlighted that this acquisition aligns with the company’s mission to provide entrepreneurs with accessible digital tools to overcome common business challenges such as poor record-keeping, unprofessional invoicing, and a lack of data-driven decision-making. Paperless operates globally, supporting all currencies and business formats. It offers features like customised invoices, an organised Client Folders system, and a Catalog tool for inventory management. Business owners can now send invoices via email, WhatsApp, or PDF, making transactions seamless and professional.

The creator of PaperCloud, Austine Amah, expressed excitement about the acquisition, emphasizing that joining Bumpa would expand the reach and impact of Paperless. As part of the transition, Bumpa has also reduced subscription costs, making the service more affordable. Users can now subscribe for ₦2,000 per month, ₦6,000 bi-annually, or ₦10,000 annually, with a 14-day free trial available.
