
Google has officially graduated 15 South African startups from its first Startups Accelerator: South Africa programme, marking a major milestone for the country’s startup ecosystem. The three-month hybrid accelerator provided digital workshops, programming, and mentorship, helping founders tackle technical challenges through expert guidance from Google’s network. The program focused heavily on data, machine learning, and technical mentorship, combining in-person bootcamps with virtual workshops to support participating startups.
This initiative is part of Google for Startups Accelerator, aimed at empowering African entrepreneurs with the tools and expertise needed to scale their businesses.
