
Webb Fontaine, in partnership with Sourcemind Training Academy, has successfully trained Guinea’s first cohort of software engineers. This six-month program, aligned with the country’s capacity-building strategy, equips graduates with critical skills in Java development, DevOps, and front-end engineering to sustain and advance the Guinea Single Window for Foreign Trade (GUCEG) digital infrastructure.
Of the 18 participants, 15 successfully completed the program, working on real-world projects like HR platforms and commercial management tools. This initiative strengthens Guinea’s IT ecosystem, ensuring local talent can maintain and enhance the nation’s digital systems.
