Severance packages include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p4\">\u2022 16 weeks of base pay, plus two additional weeks per year of service<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p4\">\u2022 Full payment for unused paid time off<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p4\">\u2022 Six months of healthcare benefits<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p4\">\u2022 Three months of career support and immigration assistance<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\">The layoffs come as Meta prioritizes AI development, aligning with CEO Mark Zuckerberg\u2019s push for efficiency in 2024.
