The 10-square-kilometer city, known for its modern infrastructure and strategic location, is attracting top corporations and even the United States Embassy, which is also building a new diplomatic facility there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\">MTN CEO Karl Toriola confirmed that construction will begin once equipment is secured, underscoring the telecom giant\u2019s commitment to long-term investment in Lagos.
