Carnegie Mellon University Africa (CMU-Africa) has welcomed five promising startups into its Business Incubation Programme<\/a>, including Songdis, Fitclan, and Reborn, marking a significant milestone in the university\u2019s ongoing efforts to nurture tech innovation and entrepreneurship across the continent. The programme, designed to provide mentorship, funding, and technical support, targets early-stage ventures with scalable solutions and high growth potential in sectors ranging from health and fintech to creative industries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The selected startups bring diverse offerings to the programme. Songdis<\/strong> focuses on digital music solutions, aiming to connect African artists with global audiences through innovative streaming and distribution models. Fitclan<\/strong>, a fitness and wellness platform, provides personalized training, nutrition guidance, and community engagement tools, tapping into the growing demand for health-conscious digital services.
