Nigerian startups dominated the final list, highlighting the country\u2019s continued influence within Africa\u2019s innovation ecosystem. Ventures chosen for the showcase include Aktivate, Bunce, Orbit Electric, ProDevs, Reisty, Redbiller Technologies, Scandium Systems, and UltraPay, alongside startups from Ghana, Togo, France, and the United Kingdom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Among the standout companies is Orbit Electric, which builds IoT-enabled electric motorcycles for delivery riders in Lagos using pay-as-you-go financing. Scandium Systems is attracting attention with its AI-powered software testing platform, while UltraPay is simplifying global spending through a multi-asset payment card that supports crypto, stocks, and fiat currencies. Aktivate, another Nigerian startup, is building tools that help African creators collaborate with brands and receive cross-border payments seamlessly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to the organisers, more than 200 startups applied for this year\u2019s showcase, reflecting the rapid growth and maturity of Africa\u2019s startup ecosystem. Marc Mugenwa, Business Development Manager at Africa Tech Summit, said the quality of applications continues to improve as African startups become increasingly investor-ready and globally competitive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Over the past decade, Africa Tech Summit London has connected more than 100 African startups with international investors and business leaders, helping ventures secure funding, partnerships, and market visibility.
