TechCabal’s journalist, Frank Eleanya, has been named among 15 distinguished African journalists selected for the inaugural Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) Journalism Fellowship. The fellowship, designed to deepen reporting on the intersection of technology, governance, and public service delivery, highlights the growing importance of journalism in shaping conversations around Africa’s digital transformation.
Organized by the Co-Develop Fund in collaboration with global media and digital policy partners, the DPI Journalism Fellowship aims to build a network of journalists who can effectively cover issues around digital identity, data governance, and open digital systems.
