Remote4Africa aims to connect Africans who are developing tech skills with job opportunities.

As more Africans develop technology skills, Remote4Africa aims to connect them with job opportunities, particularly in remote tech roles. The organization acts as a bridge between skilled African professionals and global companies looking for tech talent, helping reduce unemployment and promote economic growth across the continent.Since its launch, Remote4Africa has rapidly grown to nearly 200,000 users across Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, and South Africa, with over 16,000 job listings and a strong online presence. The platform connects Africans with remote job opportunities, ensuring all postings are legitimate and accessible to African talent. It’s fully bootstrapped and financially self-sustaining.

Job seekers can use the platform for free, but a premium membership (starting at $2.98/month) offers full access to listings and exclusive career resources. Over 600 vetted companies have posted jobs on the platform.

Remote4Africa partners with upskilling organizations like AltSchool and Genesis to connect trained Africans to job opportunities, focusing solely on job access rather than education. Its aim is to become the leading job platform in Africa, with a goal of reaching one million users as remote work demand and tech talent continue to grow across the continent.

With the rise of online tech skills platforms, many Africans are learning digital skills and seeking remote work opportunities. However, despite the growing talent pool, a large number struggle to find relevant jobs—often due to platforms listing remote jobs not accessible to Africans.

To address this, Paul and Andrew Eze launched Remote4Africa in 2023, a platform dedicated to connecting African digital talent with vetted, remote-only job opportunities that are open to applicants across the continent. Unlike traditional job boards, Remote4Africa focuses on remote roles and ensures listings are not limited to specific countries like the U.S.

Previously, the Eze brothers founded Ngcareers, a general Nigerian job board acquired by Jobberman in 2020. With Remote4Africa, they aim to solve the job accessibility gap and support Africa’s growing, young tech workforce with flexible global employment options.
